We do our best to provide accurate and complete information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Subscriptions

Billing

We bill in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle").

Billing cycles are monthly or annually, depending on the Subscription plan you choose when you sign up.

Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each Billing Cycle under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. We may cancel your Subscription for reasons such as non-payment, breach of these Terms of Service, or if we discontinue the service.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

You must provide accurate billing information, including your full name, address, and payment details.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method for all Subscription fees.

If a payment fails, we'll send you an invoice, which you must pay within [number] days.

Egirna Technologies Limited may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.  

If you enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, Egirna Technologies Limited will not charge you until the Free Trial expires. At the end of the Free Trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected, unless you cancel it.  

Egirna Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time without notice.

Egirna Technologies Limited may modify subscription fees at its sole discretion at any time. However, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any fee changes. This notice will be given before the end of your current billing cycle, allowing you to cancel your subscription before the new fee takes effect.

If you continue to use the site after the subscription fee change takes effect, you agree to pay the modified subscription fee.

Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Our site allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for any content that you post on the Site, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.  

By posting content on the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Site. This includes the right to make your Content available to other users of the Site, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.  

You retain all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Site, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

You represent and warrant that:  

(i)  You own the Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms.

(ii)  The posting of your Content on or through the Site does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Site and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Site or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

False Claims: Be aware that you could be held liable for damages (including legal fees) if you falsely claim that content on our Site infringes your copyright.

This site and everything on it (except for content provided by users) is the exclusive property of Egirna Technologies Limited and its licensors. This includes all content, features, and functionality.

Our site is protected by copyright and trademark laws in Egypt and other countries.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites.  We also cannot be held liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of or reliance on such sites.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This may happen if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to use the Site.

You can terminate your account at any time by simply discontinuing use of the site.e using the site.

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.  We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.  

Egirna Technologies Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

(a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;

(b) any errors or defects will be corrected;

(c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or

(d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

If we fail to enforce any right or provision of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.  

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding

our Site and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.

We may update these terms at any time at our discretion. If we make significant changes, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. We will determine what qualifies as a significant change.

By continuing to use our site after any changes to these terms, you agree to the updated terms. If you disagree with the new terms, please stop using the Site.
